How do I install an APPS 365 SharePoint app?
Every app is available on Microsoft AppSource. Add it to your tenant App Catalog, then add the web part to any SharePoint page. Full setup guidance is included, and our UK team can help if you get stuck.
Do the apps work with SharePoint Online?
Yes. All apps support SharePoint Online, and several also support on-premises SharePoint 2019, 2016 and 2013. Check the individual app page for its exact version support.
Is my data safe with APPS 365 apps?
The apps run as SharePoint web parts inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, so your content stays in your environment. Short URL is the exception to note: its default tiers process links on APPS 365 servers, with an in-tenant self-host option on the Ultimate and Tenant tiers.
How does the free trial work?
Install the app from AppSource and use the full features free for the trial period (7 to 14 days depending on the app). After the trial, a licence is required to keep using it.
How is licensing structured?
Simple annual per-tenant tiers: Site, Site Collection and Tenant. Buy individual apps or take the Productivity Pack for the whole suite. See the pricing page for details.
