Bought separately uses each app's list price at that size. Up to 300 people, the older apps are at Site tier, which covers one site, while a pack covers your whole tenant. UsagePoint is priced at 100, 500 and 2,000 Copilot seats, and Handover Pro at 12, 50 and 200 handovers a year. Prices are per year and exclude VAT.

What is in All Access?

Every APPS 365 app in one licence for your whole tenant, across navigation and pages, communications and sharing, people and HR, Copilot and governance, and records and assets. Each new app is added as it launches.

What is the difference between the Workplace Pack and the IT and Copilot Pack?

The Workplace Pack is what your people see and use: navigation and pages, communications and sharing, and people and HR. The IT and Copilot Pack keeps Microsoft 365 safe, tidy and worth the money: Copilot and governance, plus records and assets.

How much do the packs cost?

All Access is GBP 7,995 a year for up to 300 people, GBP 14,995 for up to 1,000 and GBP 24,995 for up to 5,000. The Workplace Pack is GBP 5,995, GBP 11,995 and GBP 17,995. The IT and Copilot Pack is GBP 3,995, GBP 6,995 and GBP 11,995. Prices exclude VAT.

How do I buy a pack?

Choose your pack and organisation size on this page, then buy online in the APPS 365 shop at apps365ltd.com, by PayPal or bank transfer. Prices exclude VAT.

How do I get my licences?

After payment you enter your SharePoint address once. Newer apps get a licence key each, shown straight away and emailed to you. Image Maps, NavPilot, Advanced Tabs, Power Popups and Alerts Fusion are licensed for your SharePoint address automatically, with no key to enter. Our team sets up Short URL App within one working day. With a bank transfer, this starts once the money arrives.

What happens when a new app launches?

All Access customers get it as it launches, and we email the licence at no extra cost. In the Workplace Pack and the IT and Copilot Pack, a new app in one of their categories is added at your next renewal, at no extra cost.
