1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the apps365.pro website and, where you licence them, the APPS 365 SharePoint applications supplied by Apps 365 Ltd (company number 13955007, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU). By using the site or the apps you agree to these terms.
2. Licence
Apps are licensed, not sold, on an annual per-tenant subscription (Site, Site Collection or Tenant tier). Your licence permits use within the scope of the tier purchased. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or redistribute the software except as expressly permitted.
3. Fees and renewal
Fees are the annual amounts stated at the time of purchase, in GBP and exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. Latest updates and support are included for the term.
4. Free trials
Trial versions are provided for evaluation and stop working at the end of the trial period unless a licence is purchased.
5. Data and security
The apps run as SharePoint web parts inside your Microsoft 365 tenant; your content remains under your control (see our privacy policy for the website, and each app's documentation for specifics such as Short URL's hosting options).
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the apps and the website remains with Apps 365 Ltd or its licensors.
7. Warranties and liability
The apps are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within a reasonable period. On termination your right to use the apps ends.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
