This policy covers the apps365.pro website. Our SharePoint apps run inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant; for those, your organisation is the data controller and your content does not reach us.

What we collect

Enquiry details you give us via forms: name, work email, organisation, and your message.
Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site working.
Analytics data, only where you have consented to non-essential cookies.

How we use it and our lawful bases

To respond to your enquiry and provide a demo - legitimate interests and steps toward a contract.
To keep the website secure and operational - legitimate interests.
